Cancellation policy.

At Eureka Tutoring, we understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and tutors while ensuring that everyone's time is respected.

1. Student Cancellation Policy

  • 48 Hours Before the Lesson: You may cancel your lesson free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

  • 24 Hours Before the Lesson: If you cancel within 24 hours but more than 12 hours before the lesson, you will forfeit a 10% deposit of the lesson fee.

  • 12 Hours Before the Lesson: If you cancel less than 12 hours before the lesson, you will be charged the full lesson fee.

2. Tutor Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: Tutors may cancel a lesson up to 2 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. You will be notified promptly, and we will work with you to reschedule the lesson at a convenient time.

  • Emergency Cancellations: In the event of an emergency, tutors may cancel a lesson at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a rescheduled session or provide a full refund if a reschedule is not possible.
